Central Fill sites make sure of the VialContentImage fields from the applicationblock.dll.config file in order to display MAX images in Connect Stations.

This particular user was using the ParataUser account in the config file.

When we upgraded the site from 7.1 to 7.3.3.4 the new passwords were applied, and the ParataUser account in the app server got locked out. As matter of fact, if unlocking the account, it will get locked again because all MAX units were trying to copy the vial image using the old credentials (did not get change during the upgrade).

The correct way was to create another account as stated in the implementation doc and use that.

However, the customer went with missing images for 5 weeks before calling us.

Is there a way to add a warning message in the MAX GUI when something goes wrong with the VialContentsImageNetworkUser and Password?
