CF - Send Totes to Exceptions if Quantity set in the MAX

CF - Send Totes to Exceptions if Quantity set in the MAX PrePack Quantity field for a cell matches the quantity defined.

The customer would like the Parata Max units to flag an order and send the tote to Exception station if an Rx within the order is not filled due to the pre-pack quantity setting for a cell in the MAX. This should work similarly to when a tote is placed in the wrong and the Parata Max unit routes the tote to Exceptions with exception code 94.

There is a configuration setting called "Ignore Pre-pack Quantities" that causes the Max unit not to fill a prescription when the fill quantity matches the configured pre-pack quantity. The pre-pack quantity can be added to any medication under the Other tab.

This was tested earlier with a prescription quantity of 90, and the vial was not filled at the Max unit as expected due to the pre-pack quantity setting. The tote was diverted to the main line and later returned to the Parata Max queue. We would like any tote containing a prescription skipped because of a pre-pack quantity setting to be routed to Exceptions for manual filling.
