Salesforce Case: 02070792
Customer: New Central Fill Customer – UMASS
Issue:
UMASS has reported that some auxiliary labels are not printing in the patient’s requested language. The main prescription information (SIG) is printing correctly in the desired language; however, the auxiliary labels remain in English.
Current Status:
An email was sent to the customer explaining that we rely on a third-party data provider, Medispan (Wolters Kluwer Health), for auxiliary label content. Medispan’s current primary language is English.
Customer Request:
UMASS would like the ability to print auxiliary labels in languages other than English in the near future.
